    Interesting read - I think that another key factor is visibility. There are so many amazing PropTech companies out there that candidates can sometimes struggle knowing where to start if they do have an interest in PropTech.

    Indeed, candidates do struggle and it is a big part of what we try and achieve through our work to raise attention to individual PropTech companies and what they are doing. The best thing candidates can do is research, speak to people in the industry and gain a perspective and opinion on potential employers.
